Through close cooperation in day-to-day business, Weiland was further developed organizationally and operationally. Toolmaking and injection molding processes were sharpened, employees were recruited for new goals and the working environment was sustainably strengthened.

The traditional in-house product “Nassenheider” was repositioned internationally, marketed in a structured manner and further developed through targeted partnerships.
